To pay your dues via Zelle, please use the community association’s email address (information@campushills.org). It is important to include your street address in the memo or notes section when submitting your payment. This ensures that your payment is accurately applied to your account.
Membership Dues
Campus Hills is a neighborhood where residents genuinely care for one another and the community. For over 65 years, our mission has been to enhance the health, safety, and welfare of the Campus Hills area, while creating chances for neighbors to connect and build relationships. The Campus Hills Community Association board members plan and sponsor year-round events.
Membership runs from April 1 – March 31.
Annual Dues are $50/year per household.
Membership dues go to supporting a variety of community activities and initiatives such as:
- Citizens on Patrol
- National Night Out
- Community Yard Sale
- Family Movie Night
- Halloween Events
- Annual Meeting
- Luminaries
- Holiday Decorating
- Campus Hills Newsletter
- Website
- Insurance
- Other Administration and Operation Expenses
